Services Description

Balance & Beyond provides professional bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and business start-up consultation services to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada. Services are delivered remotely and, where agreed upon, in-office. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement between Balance & Beyond and the client.

Discovery Calls

Balance & Beyond offers complimentary discovery calls to prospective clients. These calls are intended to assess your business needs and determine whether our services are a good fit. Discovery calls do not constitute a binding agreement for services and carry no obligation.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in individual client agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Balance & Beyond and its owner, Leah May, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
